Witbe, a developer of Quality of Experience (QoE) monitoring solutions for service providers, has announced that its Multiscreen Quality Manager solution was named the best Innovation in Service Assurance in the fifth annual TelcoTV Vision Awards. Winners were announced at TelcoTV, the largest conference and expo focused on the US broadband service provider market, taking place this week in Las Vegas.
