Chello Central Europe’s children’s channel Megamax has launched in Romania and will be available in Slovakia as of December 1st. Targeting 7-14 year olds, Megamax will offer local-dubbed versions of popular animated content from around the globe, including Transformers, Gormiti, Iron Kid and Metajets.

“We are delighted that after one year of success in Hungary, Megamax has been launched in Slovakia and Romania. Megamax serves children who have outgrown Minimax, a channel in a leading position in its own market. This new distribution in Slovakia and Romania will further increase the channel’s coverage in the Central European region,” said Levente Málnay, CEO Chello Central Europe.
