International Datacasting Corporation (IDC) and Verimatrix, the specialist in securing and enhancing revenue for multi-network, multi-screen digital TV services around the globe, have joined forces to provide DTH operators with a new solution to help them launch new IPTV services and add subscribers within multi-dwelling units (MDUs).

The new solution fully integrates the IDC Digital Tattoo DTH Over IP Gateway with the Verimatrix Video Content Authority System (VCAS) for DVB, featuring cardless content and revenue security for broadcast (one-way) networks.   It enables fully encrypted end-to-end delivery of satellite television to customers living in Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) such as apartment buildings, apartments, condominiums, schools campuses, hotels, gated communities and healthcare facilities.
