Intraway appoints Hamid Qayyum as VP North America Operations

Intraway Corporation, leading provider of advanced OSS/BSS solutions, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Hamid Qayyum as VP of North America Operations to strengthen Intraway’s position in the region and provide top-notch service to new and current customers.

Qayyum has over 22 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Intraway, Qayyum led Metaswitch’s sales efforts for MSOs and Tier 1 operators in North America as VP of Sales. Before Metaswitch, Qayyum was VP of Sales for the Americas at CedarPoint Communications and VP of Global Strategic Account Sales at Tollgrade.

Qayyum will be based in Intraway’s corporate offices in South Florida and will report to COO Ricardo Simpson. This appointment happens in parallel with Veronica Henley’s appointment as Director of Global Communication, also based in Florida and Alejandro Cavaliere as VP of Operations based in Europe.
