SeaChange solutions wins
August 30, 2013
Eleven multichannel video service providers operating in four countries have selected SeaChange International’s content management solutions as essential components of their service delivery platforms. These customers include five of the largest cable, telco and satellite providers in North America, who have chosen SeaChange AssetFlow and AdFlow solutions to optimise the intake and preparation of movies, TV shows and advertising for on-demand and linear delivery.
“Multiplatform consumption of television is on a sharp upward trajectory which, by orders of magnitude, is increasing the need for content that’s formatted and ready to serve any device at any time,” said Venkat Krishnan, Vice President, Products, SeaChange. “AssetFlow and AdFlow are being designed into our customers’ service delivery platforms to ensure complete control of the proliferation of variants driven by encoding formats, screen size and many other factors. Our solutions introduce a layer of operation-wide visibility and scalability that allows service providers to orchestrate centralized content workflows for greater cost efficiency in video-on-demand, multi-screen and advertising.”
