CASBAA welcomes Arris, RTL & Scripps

CASBAA, the Asia-Pacific’s premier association for multichannel TV, has welcomed Arris and RTL Media Group to its roster during the second half of 2013, with Scripps Networks upgrading its status to Patron member.
