Deutsche Telekom renews TV streaming with Norigin

Norigin Media, a TV Everywhere Company that enables multi-screen TV services and products, has announced the renewal of its long-term contract with DTAG (Deutsche Telekom) for Streaming TV and VoD across mobile devices. The contract includes the continued use of Norigin Media’sTV and VoD Client Applications and Live Hosted Headend across mobiles and tablets.

Norigin Media has been delivering the hosted TV and VoD service to Deutsche Telekom in Germany and Austria since 2008, including the timely introduction of the very first iOS client applications for TV and VoD services. The suite of client apps has been configured to support multi-country requirements under the T-Mobile brand.  The service has been highly successful with Deutsche Telekom’s subscribers, carrying the highest quality content including reputable national live channels from ARD, ZDF, ProSieben, SAT.1 and Sky Bundesliga.
