Australian online entertainment service Quickflix is now available on TiVo media devices in Australia and New Zealand.
TiVo customers can now enjoy blockbuster movies and hit TV shows, including the best of the BBC and HBO, streamed straight to their TiVo and other connected devices.
As a special introductory offer, Quickflix will be offering TiVo customers who are new to Quickflix two free months of unlimited movies and TV shows through their TiVo, as well as access to its unlimited DVD and Blu-ray rental service.
Stephen Langsford, Quickflix Founder and CEO, said the operator was now able to bring broadband entertainment to even more people, offering a real, credible alternative to pay-TV services such as Foxtel.
TiVo customers will be able to access the Quickflix digital service through their TiVo media device as well as other registered devices including a range of Smart TVs, game consoles, mobile and tablets. Price plans start at A$14.99 (€9.73) per month for unlimited broadband entertainment, and a choice of over 60,000 TV shows and movies via Quickflix’s unlimited DVD and Blu-ray postal service.
