Fox shuffles Turkey management structure

Following the company’s leadership restructuring in Europe and Africa that includes the creation of four new regional divisions, Fox International Channels (FIC) has unveiled a new organisational structure of its executive team in Turkey, now integrated in the South Europe and Africa region. The new organisation aims to enhance the position of Turkey in Europe and to exploit the excessive talent of the local team to help lead business growth for the entire division.

The new executive structure in Turkey oversight as follows:

Adam Theiler, who has served as General Manager of several European FIC markets over the course of his 12-year career at FIC, recently becomes EVP of Southern Europe & Africa, covering Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Israel and Africa.

Cenk Soner, who for more than three years served as DGM Finance becomes GM FIC Turkey, reporting to EVP SEA Theiler, charged with the development, growth and implementation of Regional strategy, compliance and corporate relations, the profit and loss for Turkey and Turkish speaking Cyprus, as well as strategic approach to the market.

Yadigar Belbuken, who over three years served as DGM Channels is promoted to VP and DGM Channels FIC Turkey, reporting to Soner and Theiler. She will maintain her role as head of content in Turkey for the Fox, Nat Geo and 24Kitchen brands, across all genres, and with a focus on acquisition, production and syndication.

Mehmet Icagasioglu, who has been Head of Ad Sales in Turkey for three years now takes on the new role of VP Ad Sales Africa and DGM FIC Turkey. He will maintain his role as Head of Ad Sales in Turkey, but will also take responsibility for Ad Sales and Sponsorships in Africa for all FIC Channel brands and players across all four key genres: sports, lifestyle, general entertainment and factual entertainment.
