Mid-East pay-TV grows fourfold

A study from IHS Technology, timed for the recent Dubai CabSat show, shows that – at long last – pay-TV in the Middle East region is making solid, and even impressive progress albeit from a miserably low base.

IHS’ senior analyst Constantinos Papavassilopoulus says that
