Espial partners with Samsung

Espial, a specialist in on-demand TV software and solutions, has announced a joint RDK solution with Samsung Electronics that gives cable operators greater choice in building best of breed hardware and software set-top box solutions. The two RDK licensees have teamed on a rich, multiplatform home entertainment HTML5 user experience (UX), combining Samsung’s IP set-top box and home media gateway with the Espial STB Client.
