LatAm TV Everywhere growth

A report from global business intelligence firm Dataxis has identified 12 operational TV Everywhere (TVE) platforms in the seven main countries of Latin America –Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela. By the end of the first quarter of 2014, the TVE market in the region showed a boost in distribution as a result of agreements between content providers and the main pay-TV operators. ESPN Play, one of the pioneers in the launch of TVE services, grew by 65 per cent in distribution since the end of 2012.
