Tilgin gateway software with new monitoring features

October 21, 2014

Tilgin’s advanced gateway software, HGA is now available in a new release. It brings new features for monitoring and support of the connected home. The HGA2.5 release contains a unique Operator log that can follow and track home networking events and data. This gives Operators new tools to quickly detect and solve issues as well as the possibility to collect detailed data. The data can be used to analyse end user behaviour and devices used.

A full solution demonstration of home network monitoring together with Tilgin TR-069 ACS, tGem will be shown at the Broadband World Forum.

Eric Hjelmestam, VP Solution Management & Marketing at Tilgin comments “We are pleased to be able to demonstrate a full solution with in depth home network view for Operators. We know this will shorten Operators support calls and will help to proactively detect errors.”

Hjelmestam continues “The ability to gather all home network data of both usage and device types, gives Operators new vital end user information. This is a source of real world data that Operators can use to define future end-user offerings.”

All this and more will be demonstrated at stand G20 at the Broadband World Forum taking place at RAI, Amsterdam 21 – 23 October 2014.
