Fear The Walking Dead 24hr global window

walkingdeadThe title for one of the year’s most anticipated new dramas, Fear The Walking Dead, has been revealed ahead of its premiere later this year on AMC channels worldwide.

As previously announced, AMC Global acquired international television rights to the series, and plans to air each episode globally within 24 hours of its US premiere. AMC Global, the international AMC-branded television network, launched in late 2014 and is available in over 115 countries and territories. AMC has picked up the series for two seasons.

The new series will be set in Los Angeles and focused on new characters and storylines. The show’s first season will consist of six, one-hour episodes and premiere on AMC later this year. The show’s second season will air in 2016.
