UXP Systems announces European expansion

June 2, 2015

UXP Systems, an innovator in powering the digital user lifecycle, is opening a European office to serve the EMEA marketplace.

UXP Systems’ European presence will be headquartered in the UK, with employees and offices planned across Western Europe in 2015 to support client projects.  The company is currently engaged in an active ramp up of recruitment for the region.

“After four years of aggressive growth in North America, we are excited to embark upon the second phase of our evolution and establish a permanent presence in the European marketplace,” said Gemini Waghmare, CEO and Founder of UXP Systems.  “In many ways, the competitive marketplace in Europe is more intense and diverse than other geographies, and that has many operators actively running digital transformation initiatives.  We look forward to continuing our momentum in providing operators with a platform that puts every end user at the center of the digital experience.”

UXP Systems’ MINT User Lifecycle Management platform is powering operator transformations towards a user-centric, digital world of connectivity and connected life services.  By working in conjunction with an operator’s existing identity, billing and care systems, MINT ULM enables a seamless and personalized service experience for individual users across services and screens.  The MINT ULM approach increases operator agility by implementing a common set of user lifecycle processes that can be used by any service, eliminating experience silos.

“In the last few years we have seen merger and acquisition activity in the European operator space continue unabated, with no sign of it slowing down” said Ash Kumar, VP of Global Sales at UXP Systems.  “Such activity, which often creates an operator requirement to unify existing products into a single user experience, creates a perfect scenario for the MINT ULM platform.  This, plus the ongoing requirement to continually add new cloud services to the mix has added to the increased interest level we have seen in this marketplace.”
