Technetix acquires ARRIS Supplies Division

Technetix Group, a global broadband cable and telecommunications equipment supplier, has announced its agreement to purchase the assets of the ARRIS Supplies Division – formerly Telewire Supplies and part of ARRIS Group.
The acquisition will enable significant growth and market traction for Technetix, expanding its footprint in the Americas and offering customers a greater range of solutions and support services.
Technetix will merge the ARRIS Supplies business into its existing USA operations in Denver, Colorado, enhancing its local platform for innovation and better serving the region’s leading cable operators. The transaction is expected to close in the latter half of Q3, 2015.
