Italian mobile telephony operator 3 Italia has introduced All-In Movie & TV, a new streaming service that provides access to movies and TV channels, both free and for a subscription. The free application is available for Windows Phone and Android devices.

Significantly, all data traffic used for watching content in streaming is completely free of charge, and will therefore not be billed or scaled from the thresholds included in any plans or options subscribed by the customer.

The films (from major studios such as Sony, AXN, Warner Bros, Paramount and Minerva) are available in two areas of the app: Top Movie, with the latest films (€3.99 each for 72 hours), and Free Movie, containing a large catalogue of free movies

For its part, the TV area includes AXN, AXN Sci-Fi, CNN, Cartoon Network, as well as music channels Trace, Trace Urban and Trace Tropical. Four packages are available for €3 per week each (with automatic renewal): CNN International; AXN Entertainment; Cartoon Network and Trace.

The launch of the new streaming service comes only days after CK Hutchinson and Vimpelcom announced an agreement to merge their Italian operators 3 Italia and Wind.
