Ooyala, a Telstra subsidiary and specilaist in video publishing, analytics and monetisation, announces a strategic partnership with joiz, the creators of community marketing and social TV platform, to provide third parties video, interactive and analytics technologies.
Additionally, Ooyala is now powering video and advertising solutions for two social TV channels, joiz Switzerland and joiz Germany, operated by joiz Group. joiz uses Ooyala’s video and ad tech offerings including end-to-end video management, delivery, analytics and ad serving capabilities. With this technology, the channels can further build, maintain and monetise audiences with personalised content recommendations and drive higher CPMs across their inventory, giving a clear data-driven strategy that leads directly to increased revenue. joiz Group will put to use the full video and ad tech suite of Ooyala, inclusive of Ooyala IQ, its new award winning analytics platform, Ooyala Discovery for content recommendations and personalisation, and its ad management platform, Ooyala Pulse.
