Telefonica offers free Champions League

The football TV war in Spain has blown up again with Telefonica announcing that it will air Champions League and Europa League matches for free to all its Movistar Plus Fusion subscribers this season.
Telefonica’s Movistar Plus has added beIN Sports to its family package (channel number 50) for free to new and current subscribers to Movistar Plus Fusion, a convergent package with broadband Internet access, mobile and fixed telephony and TV. The channel will also be available for free for bars, restaurants or public places with Movistar Plus.
Subscribers will also have access to the channel through the OTT service Yomvi on smartphones, tablets or PCs.
beIN Sports Champions will broadcast the whole Champions League, the Europa League and the main International Football Leagues.
