Tele Columbus, the third largest German cable network operator, has announced its pro forma FY2015 results (based on the assumption that the primacom and pepcom acquisitions had occurred on January 1st 2015).

– For the full year 2015, pro forma revenues of the Group were €460.7 million
– Pro forma 2015 total output for the Group amounted to €508.4 million
– The Group reported pro forma €233.8 million Normalised EBITDA, representing a 50.7 per cent Normalised EBITDA margin
– Total pro forma capital expenditures for FY2015 amounted to €165.1 million (35.8 per cent of sales)

Based on the FY2015 pro forma financials, the Management Board of Tele Columbus expects for the fiscal year 2016:
– stable Homes Connected of approximately 3.6 million, a
– mid single digit percentage revenue growth versus FY2015, a
– high single digit percentage Normalised EBITDA growth year on year
– Capex as a percentage of revenues to range between 35 and 38 per cent
