South Korea: AP expands content with YPN

The Associated Press has announced a content collaboration with South Korean broadcaster YTN. AP clients can now access YTN’s Korean video entertainment news with its extensive coverage of Korean Wave or Hallyu. This content will be available to all AP Video Hub subscribers.
YTN will be providing the latest Korean entertainment news reports covering music, film, TV, fashion and celebrity gossip.
Paul Shanley, director of business development and partnerships at AP, said: “We all know that Korean entertainment has massive regional and global appeal. As a result, global audiences are also demanding Korean entertainment news content so that fans can keep up-to-date with all the latest celebrity news and gossip. By working with YTN, we are responding to feedback from our clients that they want a steady stream of easy-to-access Korean entertainment content.”
