Visiware International, the global palyer in games for interactive television with services deployed on 50+ satellite, cable, IPTV and fiber networks worldwide as well as connected TV sets and OTT boxes, is partnering with TVersity, the company behind AppFlinger, a HTML5 cloud browser.

AppFlinger, is an HTML5 browser that runs in the cloud and delivers the browser content as a video stream to target devices, including set-top boxes and connected TVs. AppFlinger has been optimised for delivery over IP (including the Internet) and for third party content such as games, TV apps, interactive ads, etc.

Visiware International has culminated its 20 year experience with the latest portal and games line up, developed in HTML5, introducing a new design, new games with even newer features (HD, Multiplayer, etc.).

In a pay-TV market where customers are demanding abundance and variety, Visiware International and TVersity are joining hands to bring high quality premium gaming content to TV operators worldwide. With a solution allowing a fast and simple integration with target client devices, access to advanced HTML5 apps for the entire subscriber base, without new hardware, this partnership is helping overcome several hardware and technical obstacles at once. It has recently been selected by a North American pay-TV operator and will power a new casual gaming experience in millions of homes.
Appflinger is a general purpose HTML5 cloud browser and the foundation on which pay-TV operators can implement their unique vision for blending OTT content with traditional TV. Visiware International provides the best interactive game services that have proven their quality and success through the number of subscribers, and their revenue-making role for its partners. The two companies are expected to announce new deployments in the upcoming months.
