Italian free-to-air platform Tivù, which brings together the country’s main broadcasters, has launched its new video on demand service TivùOn.

TivùOn can be accessed by just tuning in to the channels of partner broadcasters (RAI, Mediaset, La7) and pressing the green button on the remote.

The service offers the possibility of accessing TV programmes broadcast over the past 7 days, includes an EPG and provides a direct link to the on-demand applications of partners such as Rai Replay, Mediaset on Demand and RivediLa7.

The free-to-air service is available both on digital terrestrial as well as on the Tivùsat satellite platform (on Eutelsat 13° East), via TivùOn certified digital satellite boxes and TV sets.

The list of certified digital receivers for TivùOn includes the Humax Tivùmax Recorder HDR 1001-S; ADB i-CAN 4000S; Humax TivùMax Pro 2016; Sagecom tivùsat DSI83 HD; ADB i-CAN 3900S; Humax TivùMax HD 2016; Humax TivùMax Easy 2016; ADB i-CAN 1850S; and the ADB i-CAN 2850ST Combo HD.
