As part of the latest ‘Moments Worth Paying For’ campaign spearheaded by pro-copyright education body the Industry Trust for IP Awareness, world-famous YouTube superstars KSI and Caspar Lee have released a short video to encourage audiences to spend their money on watching their comedy Laid in America.

The exclusive 55” trailer features the two hugely successful YouTuber’s KSI (13.6 million YouTube subscribers) and Caspar Lee (6.5 million YouTube subscribers), in a piece to camera persuading their fans and audiences alike to pay for watching their forthcoming film through legitimate channels, by showcasing why Laid in America has tons of Moments Worth Paying For.

Working with YouTubers on the campaign helps the Industry Trust reach a 16-24-year-old audience. Giving the campaign and message more exposure to a varied audience across multiple online platforms. The trailer continues to direct audiences to the industry-funded film search engine, FindAnyFilm.com where they can book, buy and watch at their convenience.

“Working on a title with two hugely successful YouTubers is something new and exciting for the Moments Worth Paying For campaign,” declared Sylvia Dick, Head of Audience Engagement at The Industry Trust for IP Awareness. “Our research shows that 16 is the tipping point for piracy, which makes Laid in America a great title for the campaign as KSI and Caspar Lee capture the attention of this hard to reach age group. It’s important that we continue to evolve the campaign and deliver our message in a way that reaches our audiences where they are and inspires them to pay for those film moments they love.”

“It has been great working with The Industry Trust again on another Moments Worth Paying For trailer,” added Katy Richardson, Universal Pictures UK. The Laid in America Moments Worth Paying For trailer delivers an important message to such a vital audience. The Industry Trust’s work is extremely important to the film industry and continues to evolve the campaign to encourage audiences to choose legal sources through FindAnyFilm.com.”

The Laid in America Moments Worth Paying For trailer will launch online this week and is already being further supported by activity across outdoor through Industry Trust partners Clear Channel and Primesight, ensuring its messaging targets core infringers not only in the cinema but also across other platforms.

Laid in America is released on DVD and Blu-ray with Ultraviolet, and Digital Download on September 26th.
