Virgin Media launches new ad sales agency

Virgin Media has launched Virgin Media Solutions – a new advertising sales house for the UK and Irish markets.
Virgin Media Solutions will be the exclusive sales agency for all TV3 Group channels in Ireland including TV3 and 3e. It will also represent all advertising sales for Virgin Media including Video on Demand and Virgin Media’s public WiFi services.
The Virgin Media Solutions Ireland sales team will be headed up by Paula McCarthy, who previously held the position of Brand Solutions Director of TV3 Group. Virgin Media Solutions UK will be headed up by Gareth Vaughan Jones, who was previously Head of Advertising in Virgin Media UK. Both Paula and Gareth will report to TV3 Group Commercial Director Gavan Byrne.
David Bouchier, Chief Digital Entertainment Officer at Virgin Media, said: “By bringing together the incredibly talented TV3 advertising team with Virgin Media we’re building an advertising arm with firepower across TV, on-demand and WiFi.
