End of Israeli public TV?
October 31, 2016

The PM Benjamin Netanyahu – who is also communications minister – is supporting a bill to close the state media group, which operates a TV station and six radio stations. Its’ $90 a year licence fee was cancelled last year and there was to be a new company but the government now recommends closure.
