Gravitas Ventures retains Salem Partners

December 2, 2016

Gravitas Ventures, the independent all-rights distribution company with a focus on global digital distribution, has retained Salem Partners, a leading Los Angeles-based investment bank and wealth management firm, to explore its strategic and financial options after the company was approached by a number of potential buyers.

Gravitas has experienced strong growth since its inception, and 2016 is expected to break records in both topline revenue and earnings. The company’s growth has been driven by the ongoing shift within the global entertainment industry towards the digital consumption of content.
