XroadMedia, leading provider of content discovery, metadata enhancement and analytics services, has started 2017 with great momentum from a record breaking financial year 2016.

Adolf continues, “Our unique approach to quickly integrate Ncanto into our customers’s existing environments with minimum effort has allowed us to sign up a substantial number of new customers last year. For some of them we have replaced other recommendation solutions and for others we have implemented Ncanto to enhance and personalise existing and new products and services.”
2016 has seen XroadMedia’s revenues from Ncanto doubling thanks to a quickly growing customer and subscriber base in the Internet and Media industries. Today, Ncanto is integrated into leading OTT and pay-TV platforms like Mirada, Zappware, or Amino as well as deployed in a variety of service provider applications ranging from incumbent telecom operators such as Telekom Slovenije, via leading media companies like Funke Mediengruppe to innovative start-up companies such as Flimmit.
2017 has also started strong with 3 major customer wins in the first quarter, which will see Ncanto deployed in new services in Europe and Latin America throughout the year.
