Africa: SPI / FilmBox channels for MTN

Global TV operator SPI International/FilmBox has signed an agreement with Anttention Media, Africa’s digital video and audio streaming platform VeeTee, to deliver eight 24/7 TV channels and a VoD service to MTN, Africa’s leading telecommunications company through their sister company Edentek.
VeeTee’s mobile TV service now offers the following eight channels from SPI’s worldwide portfolio: FilmBox Africa with movies and TV series, FilmBox Art House featuring independent and classic films, DocuBox airing documentaries on nature and human civilization, FashionBox devoted to fashion trends and shopping, FightBox – a 24/7 combat sports channel, Fast&FunBox with extreme sports programming, 360TuneBox – an international music network and Gametoon, a brand new e-gaming channel addressed to millennials.
In addition to live TV channels VeeTee now also provides MTN customers with access to FilmBox OnDemand which allows users to watch hundreds of movies, popular TV series and various sports, music and lifestyle videos whenever and wherever they want.
