MetaGeek, a provider of Wi-Fi visualisation and troubleshooting solutions, has announced the launch of inSSIDer Technician, a platform solution which allows communication service providers a better way to deploy, troubleshoot, and optimise wireless networks.

The newly released inSSIDer Technician enables users to detect real-time interference, locate dead spots, optimize access point placement, and determine optimal channel selection. inSSIDer Technician also allows customers to perform room-by-room scans which utilise the built-in expert recommendation engine to guide the user in issue resolution. This data is then uploaded to MetaGeek’s secure cloud platform to be analysed and utilised by technical operations and customer support teams as requested by the client. This transparency and visibility into the wireless environment provides valuable insights into typical trouble spots and helps identify sources of operational inefficiencies.
