Vecima closes Concurrent acquisition

Concurrent has closed the previously-announced sale of its content delivery and storage business to Canada-based Vecima Networks for $29 million (€24m) in cash. Effective immediately, the Company has changed its name to “CCUR Holdings”. It will continue to trade on the NASDAQ market under the symbol “CCUR”.

Liberty Global sells Austrian operations to T-Mobile Austria

International TV and broadband company Liberty Global has reached an agreement to sell its Austrian operations, UPC Austria, to Deutsche Telekom unit T-Mobile Austria.
