Conax is planning to launch its security hosting model, already successful in Europe, in Latin America. The security hosting model, geared towards all segments, provides TV operations with an easy way to "go digital". Through the Conax model, approved hosting partners are able to offer full-scale security advantages at favourable pricing models to smaller operators, regardless of size or location.

Minerva Networks, a provider of open and IPTV delivery platforms, has confirmed that VTC Digicom, the second largest TV network in Vietnam, has selected Minerva's iTVManager platform to deliver premium digital entertainment services. The video services will be offered to over 100,000 subscribers throughout Vietnam in the first phase and will be expanded in the near future.
