Pendrell buys ContentGuard

Nomura: buy Virgin Media

Analysts at Nomura Securities have upgraded UK cable operator Virgin Media from ‘Neutral’ to ‘Buy’, while investment bank Goldman Sachs also repeated its previous advice to ‘Buy’.
