Sogecable has to refund E40m to ONO

In the long running pay-TV football rights dispute Spanish pay-TV operator Sogecable has been told to pay back cable operator ONO E40 million. ONO acquired secondary rights from Sogecable and now a Spanish court has ruled that it abused its dominant position to force ONO to pay an excessive fixed amount. Sogecable is will appeal the decision.
