Synacor creates TV Everywhere division

Synacor, provider of online entertainment services for high-speed Internet subscribers, has confirmed the creation of a new division focusing on TV Everywhere. The division is working on several product releases on multiple devices on behalf of its clients.
“Increasingly, consumers expect to be able to access content and features from our customers on any device. Sequestering the experience to the home or simply on a PC is quickly becoming inadequate.
