DVB-T2 solutions highlighted on TeamCast’s booth 86D

TeamCast will highlight its complete product range for the DVB-T2 Test Bench. In order to support all the players in this domain and to help to evaluate this new standard and to assist in the development of new products and implementations, TeamCast has developed a complete DVB-T2 solution and complementary test bench set comprising:
–      T-MOD T2, the world’s first DVB-T2 signal generator – for applications in both  the laboratory and manufacturing facilities,
–      VEGA, the RF channel simulator – enabling the simulation of ‘on air’ broadcasts under real environmental conditions, and hence verification of the network planning, and the testing of new chipsets and receivers for use in the field,
–      D-MOD T2, the professional demodulator for DVB-T2.

TeamCast will be demonstrating its latest DVB-T2 technology which is able to support up to 8 parallel physical layer pipe (PLP) inputs. Combined with the ability to perform single frequency network (SFN), multiple input single output (MISO) transmissions in full compliance with the DVB-T2 standard, it offers a powerful advantage for Indian DTT broadcasters wishing to operate emerging DVB-T2 networks.
