Broadpeak, a provider of content delivery networks (CDN) and video-on-demand (VoD) servers for cable, IPTV, and hybrid TV operators worldwide, today announced that the company will open a new office in Singapore this month, extending    Broadpeak’s international development to the Asia-Pacific region. Julien Croguennec has been appointed as the business development director for the region.

“After entering the Latin American market last year, Broadpeak targeted the Asia-Pacific continent due to its prominence as a hotspot for technological    innovation,” said Jacques Le Mancq, president and CEO, Broadpeak. “As the business development director in Singapore, we envision that Julien will help the company acquire new business opportunities and expand our global sales force in this rapidly growing    market.”

Prior to joining Broadpeak in February, Croguennec held positions in corporate development at ESPN STAR Sports and in business development at Technicolor, where he increased sales for the France and Singapore regions.
