Pay-TV subscriptions in Venezuela are growing at a very healthy 12.8 per cent annually, according to the country’s National

Telecommunications Commission. As at July 31st Venezuela had 2,931 million subs, up 336,000 on the same period a year ago.

This means that pay-TV penetration now stands at 41.32 per cent of TV households, whereas a year ago it was just 37.5 per cent.
