Shortlist for IBC SME innovation prize

The Digital TV Group, the industry association for digital TV in the UK, has announced the SMEs that have been shortlisted for the IBC SME Innovation Competition. The competition, being run in partnership with ICT KTN, UKTI and the IET, will give UK-based SMEs the opportunity to win a place to exhibit their product or service at IBC 2013 in Amsterdam.
The shortlist features 10 SMEs that provide an innovative service or product which accelerate the process of convergence across devices.
Richard Lindsay-Davies, Director General of The Digital TV Group said “We’re excited to be running this competition, in partnership with ICT KTN, UKTI and the IET, to provide a platform for small technology businesses which are tackling the challenges of multi-screen. The shortlisted finalists each offer something new to this arena and we’re looking forward to seeing who is selected.”
Winners will be announced on July 8th.
