Keshet Media Group announces its second annual INTV Conference

July 25, 2013

Coming off of the success of 2012’s inaugural INTV conference, Keshet Media Group, the company behind the Emmy winning format Homeland/Prisoners of War, has announced its second annual international conference focused on the convergence of innovation and technology in the television industry.

Hosted by Keshet’s CEO Avi Nir and Nir Barkat, Mayor of Jerusalem, this year’s conference will present a unique fast-paced, two-day event featuring keynote talks, fireside chats and interviews with a host of global industry veterans as well as a designated business zone to serve as a productive space for meetings.

“We are thrilled to bring together a truly esteemed assembly of outstanding global TV and new media mavericks to showcase state-of-the-art innovations in the rapidly changing landscape of television,” said Keshet CEO Avi Nir. “With Israel emerging as a recognised innovation and entertainment hub, we are pleased to host creative pioneers and provide an open forum for the exchange of ideas and dialogue at this year’s event.”

Gathering executives and industry leaders from around the world, INTV aims to address the dramatic sea-change that has taken place within the global TV industry over the last few years. With viewers taking center stage, new online outlets emerging, integrated social media becoming essential, and the growth of interactive services and new business models, it crucial to understand how to navigate the constantly evolving landscape. Industry leaders and disruptors will confront modern TV’s many questions and share their visions.

The conference will be hosted at the YMCA, a historical Jerusalem landmark that serves as a center of cultural, athletic, social and intellectual life in Jerusalem.
