Agama Technologies, the video service quality assurance expert, has announced that EWE TEL GmbH, one of the largest regional telecommunications service providers in Germany, has chosen to deploy an Agama DTV Monitoring Solution for quality assurance of its IPTV service. With refined head-end and network monitoring, EWE TEL aims to make service operations more effective and improve the end-user experience.
The high-performing telecommunications service provider EWE TEL, with almost 600,000 customers in Northern Germany, offers an IPTV service available for a wide range of devices, including TVs, PCs, tablets and smartphones. To further improve its customer experience and strengthen its position in the competitive German marketplace, EWE TEL is ensuring the quality of its TV service by deploying an Agama solution that will empower its entire organisation with operational transparency and actionable insight into service performance, QoS and QoE.
