TDF to power delivery of Cirkus SVoD service

BeBanjo and Cognacq-Jay Image (both part of TDF Media Services) will be providing a fully integrated service to power Cirkus, the new SVoD service that will bring the best of British Drama, Comedy & Factual TV series to pay TV platform operators, initially in the Nordic territory.
Cirkus’ SVoD service brings together a fantastic catalogue of premium British content sourced from ITV Global Entertainment, BBC Worldwide and All3Media International and will be available to TV viewers via cable, IPTV, and connected DTT in Sweden from December 1st this year.
Cirkus turned to BeBanjo and Cognacq-Jay Image to meet the challenge of publishing all their licensed content to multiple platforms in a secure, efficient and automated fashion. The BeBanjo products will help Cirkus to schedule all licensed content across multiple platforms and territories, transform and publish metadata to each platform and track all the content processing workflow from the moment the materials are received until they are made available to end consumers.
Cognacq-Jay Image’s Media Factory, fully integrated with BeBanjo products, will be the engine performing all of the content processing, including encoding, transcoding and subtitle insertion.
