Sky Sports extends US Open rights

golf-mcilroySky Sports will show the US Open Championship for a further five years as part of a new agreement for live golf that also includes women’s, senior and amateur events from the USA.

The new agreement with the United States Golf Association (USGA) provides and expands exclusively live coverage of over 35 championships between 2015 and 2019, strengthening Sky Sports’ live golf portfolio.  Sky Sports subscribers can enjoy a schedule that includes The Ryder Cup, the Masters from Augusta, The US PGA Championship, World Golf Championship, PGA Tour and PGA European Tours.
