all3media appoints Synn

Independent distributor all3media International has appointed Gordon Synn to the position of SVP Digital and Business Development.
Synn will be responsible for driving all3media International’s digital strategy, monetisation and expanding its relationships with key global digital partners. Based in London, Synn will work across the company’s portfolio of award-winning finished programming and formats, including Midsomer Murders, Gogglebox, Are You Normal and new launches The Missing, Algorithm and The Kitchen.
Previously Global Head of Digital and Home Entertainment at Shine International, Synn has more than 17 years of experience in the global entertainment, media and technology industries gained at companies including 21st Century Fox, Vodafone and Arqiva alongside a wealth of business and legal affairs expertise.
