ADB to partner with iQor in after sales service

ADB, a provider of advanced solutions for connected homes and connected lives, has entered into a co-operation agreement with iQor to provide after sales services currently carried out from Poland. The scope of co-operation covers all areas related to repair, refurbishment, testing and spare part fulfillment of ADB-provided equipment.

iQor is a global provider of business process outsourcing and product support services with 32,000 employees in 17 countries. It partners with many of the world’s best-known brands to deliver aftermarket product and customer support solutions that span the consumer value chain, from customer care and receivables management to product diagnostics and repair services.

Until today, ADB has provided after-sales customer care from its internal department. This partnership allows ADB to further broaden its services to customers, and to benefit from iQor’s wide range of capabilities. Respectively, iQor will benefit from serving ADB’s large European customer base. All ADB employees working in after sales support will be transferred to iQor, and the work will continue being carried out in Zielona Gora, Poland.
