Frost & Sullivan recognizes VeEX with 2015 Global Emerging Company of the Year Award

Based on its recent analysis of the network deployment and field service market, Frost & Sullivan recognizes VeEX, with the 2015 Global Emerging Company of the Year Award. VeEX’s prominence in the test and measurement field is an indication of the company’s keen understanding of the market. In line with customer demand, VeEX invents and delivers products and services that are innovative yet affordable.
VeEX is sensitive and perceptive to customers’ evolving needs enabling it to design and bring to market solutions that truly render significant benefits. This helped launch the VePAL TX300S test set with VeExpress support for OTN, SDH, SONET, PDH, DSn and Mobile Backhaul networks. The firm has achieved its financial objective via both organic and inorganic means, partnerships, and alliances. Significant product introductions in 2014 alongside strategic acquisitions, sets the company up to operate on margins of more than 75% year-over-year.
The most notable acquisitions of VeEX since 2013 include Sunrise Telecom, Agizer and Optixsoft. It acquired the assets of Sunrise Telecom for $2.7 million and also strategically acquired Agizer and Optixsoft for their growth potential in optical physical layer testing.
