The most notable acquisitions of VeEX since 2013 include Sunrise Telecom, Agizer and Optixsoft. It acquired the assets of Sunrise Telecom for $2.7 million and also strategically acquired Agizer and Optixsoft for their growth potential in optical physical layer testing.
