RR Media delivers ‘DIG’ internationally

April 27, 2015

RR Media, a provider of global digital media services to the broadcast industry, has announced that Keshet International has made the television series DIG accessible to international broadcasters. The first season of DIG comprised 10 one-hour episodes. The show is from the executive producers of Homeland and Heroes and is co-produced by Keshet Media Group and NBC. DIG first premièred on NBCUnivsersal’s USA network channel.

After receiving the content directly from the production house, RR Media made previews available as well as the full episodes for file-based IP delivery with full quality control prior to delivery to international takers.

The DIG series is accessible and delivered through a protected environment with RR Media’s self-developed, self-service digital media asset management platform – Media Window. This means time to market is the fastest, most secure and cost effective, taking content directly to TV broadcasters in over 20 countries around the world.

Matt Bowman, RR Media’s Commercial Director, said the company’s media solutions were customised to the specific needs of each client, and this was exactly what it had done for Keshet International.
