Bolloré ups Vivendi stake

Vincent Bolloré’s investment company is increasing its stake in Vivendi SA to 20.4 per cent as the billionaire shows great confidence in the French media conglomerate trying to revive its TV business and expand in video games and telco operations.
Bolloré Group is set to hold around 29 per cent of voting rights in Vivendi by April 20th next year, taking into account the double voting rights attached to the shares it is acquiring, according to a statement.
Bollore Group had a financial stake of about 15 per cent in Vivendi and 16 per cent of its votes as of June.
