LiveXLive Partners with Prime Social Group

Loton Corp.’s LiveXLive subsidiary has obtained the rights from Prime Social Group to produce and distribute broadcast experiences of two major music festivals, the Breakaway Music Festival and Country Night Lights. LiveXLive will stream the fests live, globally, on its website and mobile app and via select distribution partner platforms, including VOD, and VR. Additionally, LiveXLive’s recent deal with Screenvision Media and KAOS Connect also presents the unique opportunity to create a live experience for fans in over 2,000 theatres across the U.S.

Breakaway Music Festival is a Hip Hop and EDM festival in Columbus, Ohio which was founded in 2013 and has featured such prominent artists as: Chance the Rapper, Kendrick Lamar, Empire of the Sun, Twenty-One Pilots, Dillon Francis, Waka Flocka, and Desiigner  among others. Country Night Lights Music Festival is based in Athens, Ohio and in its two years has featured top Country Music acts such as Jake Owen, Sam Hunt, Brett Eldredge. LiveXLive’s broadcast will provide exclusive behind the scenes footage, interviews, and other branded lifestyle content connected to the festivals.
