Türksat/KabloTV adds SPI channels, FilmBox VoD

Eight channels from SPI are being launched by Türksat/Kablo TV, the largest cable operator in Turkey.
The channel line-up picked up by Türksat includes: FunBox UHD (an entertainment channel in Ultra HD), FilmBox Turkey and FilmBox Art House (movie channels), FightBox and Fast&FunBox (sports channels), DocuBox (a documentary channel), 360 TuneBox (a music channel) and Gametoon (an interactive gaming channel). All channels are currently being localised in Turkish. ‘

SPI’s presence and distribution in Turkey will be growing rapidly with its channels being localised to Turkish,” said Murat Muratoglu, SPI’s Sales Director for Turkey and the Middle East.
In addition to the linear channels Türksat/Kablo TV also offers its customers access to FilmBox Live, a multi screen VoD service which features live-streaming channels and a large VoD library.
